Considering Working For Sanders Trucking LLC "DONT!"

Considering Working For Sanders Trucking LLC "DONT!"

once upon a time (From November 14 2004 to April 5th 2009)
I had a job driving Truck with Sanders Trucking located at 21605 NE 10th Ave, Ridgefield WA
Untill one day while making a delivery to a customer based in Everett Wa,
just before I approached Mile-post 181 on the I-5NB, The Air compressor blew up. I lost all my air and all my oil. I had to stop the truck, as I came to a stop smoke was billowing up from under the hood. I opened the hood and the drivers side of the engine was on fire (from the oil) I grabbed the fire extinquisher and terminated the small blaze. I called my boss, and told him what happened and explained he may need to get a wrecker! A couple hours pass and he came up with a plan to get me back but he left the truck on the side of the freeway...

I called my boss (Dale Sanders) and informed him that we would need to find tow because of where it was State Patrol was not going to like it left there. He told me he would call me back! after a few minutes "Mr. Save a Penny" called back and told me his genious plan of having me sit there for a few house while I wait for him to send another truck and driver to me. But this was not to get my truck, but rather to get his loaded trailer.

I waited for a while on the side of the freeway and one of our other drivers came to pick-up the trailer. But we 1st had to pull the dead tractor out from under it. I gathered my things and climed aboard his truck and we continued delivery of the frieght. we then went to get reloaded and headed back to our shop in Ridgefield. around 9pm we pulled into the yard, Being exhausted and stressed I got in my car and drove home to Longview.

Finally Sunday night WSP called him and gave him the option to tow the vehicle or it would be a Police impound. (costing double) Well knowing how the boss likes to spend money, he went the most inexpensive route!

Monday came around and the Mechanic asst and I were sent up to N Everett WA, with another truck to pick up my truck. !@$^ing disaster I left my home at 11:00am monday and did not get back home till 3:45am Tuesday. I figured it may be a few days to fix this damage so I assume I am off till Friday the 10th.
Friday came and I had not heard from the boss so I called him. I was told they had to order the part (wiring harness) probably get it on wednesday the 15th! Well,...Wednesday Came and went. I called back on friday the 17th, He then told me that they got it back together but there is another problem.... A rod went through the block, so now we have to look for another block, so it may be awhile......
Here's where I get my silent screw you!.... He tells me that if I need to get money any time soon I should look for something local,. to keep me busy! Im thinking?!? You !@#$ing Jack-ass. You !@#$ed me over christmas costed me a loss of $2,000 and now your doing it again?!
I played hell for 3 monthes to get my bills back in order since January, and I thought I may have to move, but I pulled out and recovered.
Now it would seem I am reliving the nightmare, but this time,...I have no exit strategy, I have not brought home a paycheck for 3 weeks, bills are going to be due starting next week. Starting with Car insurance, followed by Utilities, then the phone, IRS, Rent, Electric, Cable... Cant do it! So I will be busy collecting boxes over the next few days to begin my packing spree! But then Where do I take it too? where am I going?... I Will probably have to move in with my mother! *sigh* (deep thought) Till next time! X

Ok... I guess I got handed my walking papers! On April 3rd of this year I was driving the company truck from Auburn WA to Everett WA,
